No sound in ITunes?

No sound in ITunes?

I am currently running MacOS 10.6 with ITunes 10 and QT X. I downloaded
and installed the Perian codecs and QT is able to play all files from finder.
However, after importing my TV episodes using VideoDrive into ITunes, I
don't get sound in any video. I tried the same videos with QT and it goes
smooth, but in ITunes no sound in any of them. any clue on this? :S
