Converting real player to itunes?

I have loads of videos i have downloaded from youtube, and i really want them to play on my Itunes but they wont work.
someone told me before about a website, where i give them the url or the video that i want, and it converts it and lets you download the converted video from the website, and then it plays fine in itunes.
But i lost the website, and i now i really wanna do it again. but im worried about viruses and stuff.
Do any of you know any vwebsites or any way i can convert them ?
