Start Minimized

I use a watched folder with videodrive (with a elgato turbo.260 HD) to automate my entire tv show download to Apple TV workflow. I have videodrive set to close after it's done, but what I'd really like to see added is a setting to start videodrive minmized. That way I don't have it popping up every time it needs to convert a video.
