Can VideoDrive create a small QT reference file to stream to appletv

VideoDrive successfully creates an aTV Plus MOV file of my DIVX file. The AppleTV plays it without a problem.

However, the file size is 3MB bigger than the original file (350MB). Can VideoDrive create small QuickTime reference files that will play on the aTV?
